The goal is not to delete everything. The goal is to understand which parts of your workflow are disconnected.

Frequently asked questions

How do I audit WooCommerce plugins?
Start by listing every active plugin and its dashboard. For each one, ask: does this solve something Winkl already covers? Does it have its own login or notification system? Does it talk to other tools? The ones that do not connect to anything else are the safest to evaluate for removal.
How often should I review my stack?
At minimum once per year. A quarterly review is better for growing stores. After major WooCommerce updates is also a good trigger.
Should I remove unused plugins?
Yes. Deactivated plugins that are not deleted can still pose security risks and add clutter. Remove plugins you are not actively using.
What should agencies check first?
Check for duplicate tools first — two plugins doing the same job. Then check for plugins that could be replaced by a Winkl module. Then check for plugins with no recent updates.
Can Winkl replace parts of my stack?
Yes. Winkl can replace several single-purpose plugins over time — loyalty tools, review widgets, basic CRM, email campaigns and analytics dashboards are all covered by Winkl modules. You replace when ready, not all at once.
