How data works

Frequently asked questions

Is Winkl free?
Yes. Winkl has a free plan with core modules including orders, products, customers and app access. No credit card required to start.
What is included in Core?
The Core plan includes order management, basic product and customer management, the Winkl App and basic analytics. It is free to get started.
How do AI actions work?
AI actions are counted per request. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. When you reach the limit, you can upgrade or wait for the next month. Agency plans support custom API keys for unlimited usage.
Is Wholesale included?
No. Wholesale is an add-on available for an additional fee per site.
Is Storefront included?
No. Winkl Storefront is an optional add-on per site for stores that want a modern, performance-first frontend.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are subscription-based. Cancel at any time from your account settings.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No. Winkl charges a flat monthly subscription per site. Your payment provider (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal) charges their standard processing fees as usual — those are separate from your Winkl subscription.
